I want to be remembered !!!

Happy Friday, guys !!!! I hope each of you had an amazing Thanksgiving !!
I certainly did. This is the very first year in my entire life that I ate turkey. I tried it for the first time this year and liked it. I know I'm kind of weird in my eating habits. Lol. My family makes fun of me all the time. Anyway, I loved spending Thanksgiving this year with my grandparents and cousins. I hope you were able to spend great quality time with your family also. :)
With visiting my grandparent's this week, I was studying the wall of photographs they have of all of us in their family room. Pictures that were taken many years ago. Pictures really do tell a story. They are a permanent mark of that particular day in time.
Also, when I visit my favorite restaurant in NY, Patsy's Italian Restaurant, I'm always amazed at the wall of celebrities who have visited their restaurant. Not only do I get a great meal there, I always leave there feeling truly inspired !!
So many greats. Some of the greatest talents of all time. Many of these faces are still living and are still making their mark in the world. See pics below:

Looking over the gallery of some of the greatest talents of all time (singers, actors, models, politicians, etc.), I couldn't help but think to myself, I want to be there. I want to be on the wall someday. I want to be remembered as somebody great. I want people to look at my picture and say, this girl, this woman, was truly special. She wrote music for multiple generations. Her music is timeless. She made music that took me somewhere else !! And, not only did she give us great music, she gave us a true heart. She was a true friend. She cared about people and loved them.
I want people to look up to me and remember me as that one special artist who was kind and loving and put heart into everything she did.
So, I guess what I'm trying to say is, right now I'm 14 years old. I started this journey when I was 12. My family has sacrificed tremendously to allow me to work towards "the wall." But, I'm so grateful each and every day I live to be able to live out this dream. And, I'm hoping that even at 14 years old, I'm able to touch people through my music, my actions, my words, and my heart and make a difference !!
So, my question for you is, for what do you want to be remembered ?? If today was your last, what would people have to say about you.
What is your legacy ??
I know it's kind of a heavy metal topic, but I hope that whatever your goals or dreams are in life, that your heart is evident in everything you do. And, that people will remember that. :)
Now....onto some important dates:
If you are in the NY area, please feel free to come hear me perform at Bitter End (NYC) on Sunday, Dec. 3, at 2:00 p.m. I will also be performing an original that I co-wrote with another amazing musician in NY.
We will be performing it together. :) There will be many other great talents there. I promise you will have a great time !!
Also, my very first show of my very own, will be Saturday, Dec. 16, at 8:00 p.m. Common Grounds Coffeehouse. It is going to be so much fun and I can't wait to do my very own show.
I want to once again, thank you for your tremendous support of my music and for coming out to Common Grounds to hear me weekly. Also, thank you for buying my merchandise to allow me to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House. It means more to me than you'll ever know !!!
I hope you have a great week-end !!
Believe it or not, I just got my suitcase unpacked from last week-end, and now I'm going to have to start packing again for next week. Lol.
But, I'm loving every second. I truly love music and all of the friends I'm making on this journey.
Until next week......#musicislife
